The role of women in society today is far from the figure of being a housewife who does not go to work and takes her time at home taking care of domestic chores and the children. However, in her dedication to family and private sphere, women have jumped, quantitatively and qualitatively, to work on commercial properties to rent.
The evolution of women incorporation into jobs has been progressively with further development in the last twenty years. This incorporation of women into the workforce has been uneven across sectors. Three quarters of working women engaged in the services sector with access to careers and senior positions giving a remarkable abandonment of jobs in agriculture.
However, the status of women varies substantially from one nation to another, being in developed countries where the incorporation of women in the workplace has been more effective. However, there are still a lot of women who find obstacles to balance their professional life with family life. However, despite having less time to look after the household chores and children, women entering the work do not leave their domestic responsibilities such that after work, they are still expected to do domestic chores, take care of children and entertain their husbands.
This is the reason why the superwoman syndrome is common these days. Women don’t only need to be efficient in their work but they also need to make sure that they still perform their duties at home. As a result, more working mothers get a lot of problems like headaches, insomnia and stress. Many disorders are derived from working intensely. To solve this problem, women need to realize that they cannot do everything on their own. Therefore, it is advisable to learn to relax, exercise and eat a healthy balanced diet.
